Ingredients:
- 2 c Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Over Ripe Bananas
- Walnuts or Almonds (To Taste)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2/3 c Oil or Melted Butter
- 1 c Sugar
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, mash bananas with a fork. In a clean bowl, mix oil, sugar, and eggs until combined. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients and bake in a greased loaf pan for 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve while hot. Enjoy!
