Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

  • Cocoa
  • butter
  • eggs
  • milk
  • baking soda
  • baking powder
  • flour
  • vanilla

 

Directions:

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy and pale using a stand mixer. Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Add cocoa. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add half of milk to the cocoa mixture, and then half of the flour. Add the other half of the milk, and half of the flour. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 50 minutes, depending on your oven, or until set. If desired, serve with whipped cream and fruits!
