Ingredients:
Crust
16 Oreo cookies
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 stick butter
Cake
2 cream cheese packages
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Crust
Crush Oreos in a sealed bag. Melt butter. Add to bowl with Oreos. Add sugar, and mix until combined. Press into bottom or greased pan.
Cake:
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until combined. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream, and mix until combined. Pour over crust in greased pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. (Time varies with different ovens) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Serve with berries, melted chocolate, or just by itself! Enjoy!
